Hi, My name is Kati Quigley. I know it takes a great amount of strength to look into counseling, and I am so glad you have decided to take that first step. Good job! I have a heart and passion for trauma work, whether that be a traumatic experience from childhood, attachment trauma, or recent trauma. I am ready to work alongside you to help you find healing. My training as an EMDR therapist has been an invaluable tool to help clients process through past events, find relief, and decrease distress. Although my specialty is in trauma, I have expertise in other areas such as: Anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, teenagers, life transitions, spirituality/religious concerns, etc. My passion for people has also led me recently to create the Deployment Support Groups for Military Spouses and Significant Others. These support groups were inspired by my own experience during my husband's deployment, and the clinical support I wish I would have had during that time. I am delighted to come alongside other spouses in a group setting where you can feel less alone, better understood, and supported. It is a virtual group that is open to anyone physically located in the state of Indiana during the group sessions. If you are interested in learning more, send me a message!
